Mint-Cinnamon Iced Tea

Necessities:

  • 1 liter water
  • 4 gram Japan Green Sencha
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 sprigs of mint
  • 1/2 lemon, in slices
  • 1/2 lime, in slices
  • 2 cloves
  • ice cubes

Boil the water. Pour the boiled water into a large jug and add the cinnamon sticks, fresh mint, cloves and the slices of lemon and lime. Allow the water to cool for 2 minutes and then allow the bag or tea filter with the 4 grams of Japan Green Sencha to brew for 2-3 minutes. Allow the tea to cool and then place the jug in the refrigerator. Serve the iced tea with ice cubes. Enjoy!
