Earl Grey and Lavender latte

Necessities:

  • 2.5 grams of Traditional Earl Grey loose tea
  • 1.5 grams of Lavender
  • 150 ml low mineral water of 95º
  • 200 ml coconut milk

Let the Traditional Earl Grey and the loose Lavender herbs soak for 5 minutes in 95º of water. This can for example be in a T-Sac or in a tea strainer. In the meantime, froth the coconut milk. We use coconut milk ourselves, but also regular milk, soy milk or almond milk is a wonderful combination. As soon as the tea has been sufficiently brewed and the milk has been frothed, pour the tea into a cup and pour over the frothed milk. Now you can enjoy a delicious Earl Grey & Lavendel Latte!
