The best matcha green iced tea!
Slowly we can see the sun again and enjoy the warm rays. And what could be nicer than enjoying a fresh made iced tea with a delicious taste and in spring sun! This delicious iced tea is made with the finest Japanese matcha and fresh fruits.
Ingredients:
- 1 big spoon with matcha
- 1 cut lemon
- 1 cut apple
- A hand of fresh mint leaves
- 175 milliliters of low mineral water, like Spa Blauw
- 175 milliliters of sparkling water, like Spa Rood
- 150 milliliters of low mineral water of 70º
- A karaf filled with ice
- If you have a sweet tooth you can add some honey, agave or maple syrup
How to make!
Foam the matcha tea with the 150 milliliters low mineral water of 70º. We advise you to use a chasen for this. If you have a sweet tooth you can add a little bit syrup to the matcha. When you stirred the matcha well and it has blended nicely, then you can pour the green tea over the ice cubes in the karaf. Add the water and sparkling water. Squees in to the lemon just a little bit before adding this, the apple and the mint leaves as well. Give it a good stir and enjoy your fresh matcha green iced tea!
