A delicious, fresh and slightly sparkling cocktail. A perfect alternative for champagne during the holidays.
Ingredients:
- 1 liter sparkling water
- 4 tablespoons of China Finest Jasmine (cold)
Instructions:
- Make a cold brew tea, in other words a cold tea. Because you made a cold brew there will be no bitters in the tea, only the natural sweetness.
- Take the sparkling water and add the China Finest Jasmine tea. Leave this mixture overnight in the fridge.
- Strain out the loose-leaf tea and serve in a beautiful champagne glass.
