You can drink delicious infusions hot and cold

What are infusions

You can make a delicious tea not only from camellia sinensis, but also from herbs, fruits, blossoms, etc. The big difference is that we give the drinks without the tea leaf the name herbal infusion or a fruit infusion. These infusions contain no theine, so they are also perfect for drinking in the evening.

Chamomile flowers or linden flowers are well-known herbal infusions that are often drunk pure. Also nettle, ginger, mint and liquorice. Today, different herbs are blended into a beautiful whole that you can really enjoy.

When we look at  fruit infusions, we often use rosehip and hibiscus. On their own, these might be a bit sour, but combined with delicious dried fruits like strawberry, raspberry, apple, pineapple and so on; these come together in a wonderful pairing. These fruit infusions are often used to make a delicious Home Made Iced Tea. You can find a nice recipe for that at the bottom of the blog!
