Ginger Spice coconut & pineapple iced tea

During summer, there’s nothing better than a refreshing glass of iced tea. Our Ginger Spice is the perfect tea for making all kinds of iced teas and mocktails. Like this version with coconut water and pineapple juice.

Needed for 1 glass

  • 150 ml fresh pineapple juice
  • 150 ml fresh coconut water
  • 100 ml boiled water
  • 5 grams Ginger Spice tea
  • 1 sprig of mint
  • Ice cubes with red berries frozen in

Recipe

  1. Night before: freeze water and red berries together in an ice cube tray.
  2. Boil 100 ml of water.
  3. Steep 5 grams of Ginger Spice tea for at least 5 minutes. Want a less heavy ginger taste? Use less tea or steep for a shorter time.
  4. Let the tea cool.
  5. Add ice cubes to a nice glass.
  6. Add to that 150 ml of coconut water and 150 ml of pineapple juice.
  7. Add the cooled off tea.
  8. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

Tip: use a cocktail shaker for a quick mix.
