Blue Lagoon Cocktail
Ingredients
- 60 ml. vodka
- 30 ml. water
- 2,5 gr butterfly pea tea
- 15 ml. fresh lemon juice
- 1 ml. simple syrup.
- Ice cubes
- Optional: orange slices for garnish
Preparation
- Brew de butterfly pea rea and let cool completely.
- Mix the vodka, butterfly pea tea, fresh lemon juice and simple syrup in a shaker with ice cubes.
- Shake well and pour into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with orange slices for an extra touch.
Butterfly Pea Mojito Mocktail
Ingredients
- 60 ml. water
- 2,5 gr. butterfly pea tea
- 15 ml. fresh lime juice
- 10 ml. agave syrup (or to taste)
- Fresh mint leaves
- Sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish
Preparation
- Brew the butterfly pea tea and let cool completely.
- In a glass: muddle a few fresh mint leaves with lime juice and agave syrup.
- Add ice cubes and pour in the cooled butterfly pea tea.
- Top up with sparkling water and stir gently.

- 15 ml. grapefruit juice
- 10 ml. honey (or to taste)
- Sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Orange and grapefruit slices for garnish.
Preparation
- Brew butterfly pea tea and let cool completely.
- Mix the butterfly pea tea, orange juice, grapefruit juice and honey in a shaker with ice cubes.
- Shake well and pour out into a glass with ice cubes.
- Top up with sparkling water and stir gently.
