Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons China Finest Jasmin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
Instructions:
- Grind the jasmine tea finely with a mortar or use a spice grinder. The tea should be fine enough to blend well into the rub, but not powdery.
