It is believed that the Chinese province of Yunnan, with its borders to Laos, Vietnam, Burma and Tibet, is the oldest tea producing country and is home to the first tea gardens in the world. This tea, which is only produced during March and April when the mountain air is moist and cool, is known for its full bodied, honey sweet taste and delicate, sweet scent.
