Oolong tea
You know what green tea, black tea or maybe even white tea is. But what is oolong tea? Oolong is an amazing tea from Taiwan which was formerly known as Formosa. Formosa roughly translates too beautiful or wonder-full. Taiwan produces oolong tea since way before the time of the VOC and is known for its many different sorts.
Oolong is a half oxidized tea, which has everything; a full bodied and flowery taste, a rich scent and will not get bitter or tart. It is a tea which you can drink all day long, from morning till dawn.
