Description

Taiwan is a long time producer of high quality Oolong tea. In the time of the VOC Taiwan was known by the name Formosa which roughly translates to ‘wonderful and beautiful’. This light oxidized tea has a characteristic form; small hand-rolled balls which fully open when they come in contact with hot water.
