Superior Silver Needle 君山銀針

Description

This white tea consists of hand-picked buds, the youngest leaves of the tea bush, from the Chinese province of Hunnan and is only picked a few days a year in the period March to April. Superior Silver Needle is known by several names and descriptions. Bai Hao Yin Zhen or White Hair Silver Needle are often heard names that describe this special white tea. The taste, aroma and appearance of this unique tea has often been praised for its excellent quality. Superior Silver Needle is, due to its quality and the labor-intensive processing, also one of the more expensive white teas. 

The infusion has a particularly soft and light yellow color and a delicate taste, especially for connoisseurs.
