At Tea Cultures we supply the following options to pay for the order:

Via iDEAL: With this payment method you can fulfill the payment directly via your own bank during the ordering process. You pay in your trusted internet payment environment based on specific security methods from your own bank. As an internet banker you can directly use iDEAL without having to register.

Via Credit Card: Credit Card is a very safe paying methode. Payments via credit card are debited within 2 days.

Delivery, why do you pay shipping costs?

We at Tea Cultures have an eye for people and the environment, which is why we want to do business in a sustainable and responsible way. We do our bit by having 170 solar panels on our roof and by sending our packages as green as possible. We do the latter by sending our packages with DHL. DHL ensures that they send the packages energy-consciously. For example, they have designed green transport and smart routes. In addition, 40% of the required energy is generated by the company itself. This makes DHL one of the most sustainable companies in the world in the logistics and transportation sector!

Sending packages simply entails CO2 emissions. Nevertheless, we try to arrange the shipment of our packages as efficiently as possible. Partly for this reason you pay shipping and return costs in some cases. In this way we try to make you aware of your order and we hope that you will not just order items that are immediately returned. In this way we contribute to a better and cleaner world!

Tea culture shipping and handling costs within the Netherlands

€ 4,95 shipping costs for orders up to € 50,-
Orders above € 50,- are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands.

Belgium and Germany rates

€ 7,95 shipping costs for orders up to € 150,-

€ 2,95 shipping costs for orders over € 150,-

Rates in the rest of Europe

€ 14,95 shipping costs for orders up to € 150,-

€ 9,95 shipping costs for orders over € 150,-

DHL pickup location

When you order the product on a working day before 5 pm, you can pick it up the next day after 3 pm at the chosen DHL pick-up location. If the product is not picked up after 1 week, the product will be returned to Tea Cultures. 

When will my order be sent? 

All orders which are placed before 5 pm on business-days will be send the same day, unless described otherwise. Today ordered, in-house tomorrow* is not just something we say. You can check the status of your order in the Track and Trace email we send you via email when we have transferred your package to our transportation partner, Post NL. You will be redirected to the Track and Trace page of our partner where you will find a overview of your order status.
